Our client is a major manufacturer and distributor of home d cor products. We are seeking dexterous and earnest Cherry Picker and Sit-Down Forklift Operators to join their new warehouse, located in the city of Simi Valley
This is a traditional forklift operator position. You will be responsible for:
Utilizing the cherry picker to help place orders on the shelves.
Help load and unload the trucks.
Utilize the stand-up forklift to help transport products to the shelves.
Work with the Shipping and Receiving department on their big orders.
Scan the boxes to ensure they match the order.
Follow the established safety procedures and do a quick check on the equipment to ensure everything is working properly.
Other duties as assigned.
Good attention to detail is paramount for this position.
This is a full-time. First shift, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
To be considered for this position, you must possess a current Forklift OSHA certification from an independent party.
