**Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher (Evenings/Overnight)**
**Customer Service - Brooklyn, NY - Full Time**
PDI Health (PD) is now looking for a Full-Time **Customer Service Dispatcher / Data Entry Representative** to join our HQ office in **Brooklyn, NY**. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing issues and maintaining extensive product knowledge. Candidate must be PDI Health (Preventative Diagnostics) is a fast-growing portable company expanding throughout the USA, with offices currently in NY, NJ, DE, MD and so on, with more to come! Here we provide mobile services on-site to nursing homes, assisted living facilities and patient's homes with the goal of easing their current immobility.
Growing at a rapid pace, energetic, friendly, well-spoken and detail oriented. This position is ideal for those who consider themselves **NIGHT OWLS**.
**Hours:** 8:30PM - 8:30AM (*Sun / Mon*)
1:00AM - 9:00AM ( *Tues / Wed / Thurs / Fri / Sat*)
**Location:**
Responsibilities:
* Provide customer care and support to our long-term care facilities and home bound patients
* Process work orders, messages, and information to or from technicians on the field
* Assist and Monitor personnel and/or locations on a constant basis.
* Coordinate service and schedules.
Qualifications:
* Mid and/or expert level knowledge of medical terms preferred but not mandatory **(training provided)**
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Strong data entry / communication / phone handling skills (***MUST***)
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Honest, flexible, team player and hard working
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Bi or Multilingual a plus
