The Recruiter serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers, developing creative sourcing plans for difficult to fill, clinical, leadership and all other positions as assigned.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Build both active and passive candidates pools/pipelines using cost-effective and efficient sourcing techniques such as internet searches, cold calls, networking, social media, college recruiting, etc.


Ability to develop and execute best in class recruitment strategies to attract the best and brightest talent. Understands the business and actively seeks industry knowledge to continue to remain educated on industry standards and the competition.


Conduct candidate phone screen, interviews, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring manager. Serve as a value add partner in the hiring and selection process provide expert advice to hiring manager in final candidate selection and compensation.


Promote the organization s brand awareness and actively forge relationships/partnerships with colleges, universities, and professional networking groups in the communities that we serve. Actively participate in career fairs, open houses, college and professional recruiting events as necessary.


Play a lead role in the new hire onboarding process to include the following: notification to IT to ensure appropriate systems access for new hire, initiate onboarding once new hire accepts offer, provide credentialing specialist the documents necessary to begin the credentialing process, amongst others.


Develop and foster strong working relationships with hiring managers and conduct In take sessions for all newly created requisition.


Effectively utilize applicant tracking systems, Boolean search and search string creation, social media and search engine optimization to successfully execute recruitment function.


Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting pre-screens, facilitating interviews, and gathering candidate and client feedback.


Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and on-going relationship management, demonstrating the ability to anticipate client needs and hiring manager preferences.


Consistently maintain strong recruitment productivity such as in number of fills, time to fill, interview to offer, and qualified candidate submitted for interview ratios.


Serve as a back up to HR Coordinator or HR Business Partner where necessary and able to successfully perform all other duties as assigned.



Education, Experience, and Skills Required


Bachelor s degree preferred

4 to 7 years related experience in a similar position

Bi lingual in English and Spanish preferred

Healthcare Recruiting experience preferred

Demonstrated computer proficiency to include strong knowledge of Microsoft office

Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems
