Your Impact:
As Quality Manager, you'll wield significant influence in upholding our organization's impeccable quality standards. Responsibilities include overseeing all facets of our quality management program, conducting training and coaching initiatives, ensuring process adherence, and fostering continuous improvement. You'll ensure compliance with esteemed standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100D, and ISO 13485.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of the organization's quality management and enhancement initiatives. Maintain adherence to Quality System procedures and regulatory standards. Drive and oversee internal audit programs, including product and process audits. Manage Corrective/Preventive Actions processes and facilitate closure of identified actions. Develop strategic plans and policies to exceed customer expectations. Provide training and expertise in DMAIC methodology and Six Sigma Lean tool set application.
Qualifications:
Desired: BS/BA in Chemistry or Engineering; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years' experience in specialty chemicals design and manufacturing process, project, and plant engineering. Demonstrated leadership prowess. Expertise in IATF 16949 implementation within a manufacturing setting preferred. Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100D, and ISO 13485. Proficiency in PPAP processes. Knowledge of quality practices such as FMEA, APQP, SPC, DOE, etc. Willingness to travel to support manufacturing sites.
