Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Baltimore, MD
Shift: 6 day work week, 2 pm-10 pm,
Compensation: $130k, +$10k sign-on, +generous relocation package

Position Description:
As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead daily maintenance operations through effective supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Sr. Maintenance Specialist, leveraging military leadership skills to optimize machine availability and manage costs efficiently. You will implement tailored training programs to enhance the skill level of maintenance personnel, ensuring readiness for any challenge. You will coordinate the design, construction, and maintenance of equipment and machinery, overseeing the development and approval of the annual capital plan and establishing criteria for project scope and scheduling standards. Implements preventive and predictive maintenance programs, evaluates and designs new equipment systems for continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with industry and company safety standards and practices.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years experience managing in a 24/7 manufacturing production site. You should have experience in the past with Maximo software for a site of least $4-$5 million. It is preferred to have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. You must be willing to work after hour emergencies including weekends and holidays.
