Take2 Consulting is seeking a DoD Secret Cleared Network Architect for a full-time hybrid role based out of Fort Meade, MD.
This position requires a DoD Secret level US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.
Responsibilities:
- You will be the IPv6 Architect Subject Matter Expert
- You will have deep understanding of IPv6 technologies and protocols
- You will have IPv6 implementation/migration experience
- You will understand DISA and know how the agency works
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Requirements:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Bachelor s Degree
- Hybrid role, 2-3 days per week onsite
- Experience conducting enterprise migrations
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the IPv6 protocols, technologies, and tools
- Experience collaborating with architects and security engineers to provide engineering support, ensuring compliance with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides, Secure Requirements Guides, and NSA Capability Packages
- Experience with advanced IP infrastructures and all aspects of routers, firewalls, crypto, PKI, Certificate Authority, and Linux Servers
- Knowledge of Security and Network design, IPSec, advanced Routing Protocols, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi/Wireless implementation
- Knowledge of maintenance and upgrade of networks, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and networks
- Experience with Wireshark, NetScout, SolarWinds, eHealth, Splunk, and Riverbed tools
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum oversight
