Overview
The Store Manager oversees the store s daily operations and works with all employees to make sure the store runs smoothly and efficiently while providing a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
Select, train, develop, mentor, and coach Department Managers in a manner that builds and sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover.
Lead the store in all areas of operations including inventory, margins, sales per labor hour, customer service excellence, and financial performance.
Maintain outstanding retail execution and customer service in the store.
Review and monitor scheduling, purchases, and other expenses to ensure departments and store are within budget.
Regularly inspect the store to ensure compliance with all programs and standards.

Demonstrated success developing high-performance teams
