We focus on simplicity when educating our clients about financial concepts including Volatility, Fees, and Taxes. We believe this allows our clients to develop a lifetime strategy that focuses on efficiency. The Fitzpatrick Group needs talented advisors to help accomplish this mission.

Compensation
- $30,000-$50,000 base stipend dependent on sales experience & previous success
- Uncapped commissions & bonuses
- Compounded trails and renewals
Minimum Requirements
- College degree (preferred)
- Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal & management skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written
- Sales experience is a plus
Position Responsibilities
- Educate clients on The Ideal Portfolio, and the positive impact of reducing taxes, fees, and market volatility
- Provide financial planning advice to include investment, insurance, and retirement
- Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships
- Build a book of business through networking, referrals, and natural market
- You will be challenged and held accountable to build a sustainable book of business.
