HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a dynamic Clinical Executive Vice President, EVP that is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC or Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW to join a established Substance Abuse Recovery, SUD team as an Executive leader in compliance, growth, marketing, and quality improvement. This is a unique opportunity to work amongst a group of leaders to as the Clinical expert, while working in Palm Beach County, FL.
- LMHC, EVP will work Monday through Friday 8-5
- LMHC, EVP will join a team that offers leading Substance Abuse treatment including Detox, Residential, IOP/PHP, and First Responder services
- LMHC, EVP oversees the health and growth of the clinical program
- LMHC, EVP collaborates and manages 3 Clinical Directors
- LMHC, EVP leads community education, referral source and vendor communications
- LMHC, EVP oversees compliance, QI, growth strategies, and service lines
- LMHC, EVP create goals and ensures the success of each department
- LMHC, EVP collaborates with Operations, Billing, Admissions, Alumni, and medical teams
- LMHC, EVP leads staff development, and department success
- LMHC, EVP manages staff and client issues requiring intervention
- LMHC, EVP leads QI weekly meetings
- LMHC, EVP reports to the SVP
LCSW, LMHC, SUD EVP Requirements:
- Masters Degree
- LCSW or LMHC Licensure
- 5 years of relative experience, 2 years SUD experience
- Knowledge of Compliance, best practices, and program development
LCSW, LMHC, SUD EVP Compensation:
- 150K-200K DEO
- Bonus potential
