This group runs the Advisory Council to deliver insights that enable Marketing to make bold decisions with business impact. The Marketing Advisory group is firm on their strategic direction, highly flexible on their tactics and remains relentlessly focused on progress.About The RoleWe are looking for a new team member who brings the passion to become an indispensable leader of how Marketing works, who is eager to go to bed smarter than when waking up.This role will proactively drive a re-definition of enablement. While dashboards continue to get more insightful, we would like to stop staring at dashboards and move towards actions, getting things done. The Enablement lead drives learning activities to increase our data literacy and empower more Marketers to leverage analytics.The role teaches Marketers about data, models, reporting, dashboards, and to ask better questions. The Enablement lead will communicate updates, changes, new resources, trainings, and other relevant offerings across Marketing. This also includes the documentation of reporting tools, definitions, references and models.The role acknowledges that you cannot do everything on your own and actively connects analytics communities, to learn from each other. Hence, the Marketing Enablement lead will build a strong network with other analytics functions to bring the outside in perspective into our advisory efforts.About YouThe Marketing Enablement lead is a versatile role within the Marketing Advisory group, closely collaborating across all areas of Marketing, focusing on the following areas of responsibility:Support Marketing Analytics efforts and engage in most relevant strategic prioritiesTeach Marketers about data, models, reporting, dashboards, and asking better questionsCommunicate updates, changes, new resources, etc.Document reporting tools, definitions, references, and models.Build a strong network with other analytics functionsAlign with Analytics communities across Marketing to ensure practice sharing and continuous improvement process for reporting and enablementBasic QualificationBusiness Analytics and Diagnostics ExperienceSales and Marketing Enablement SkillsTableau and Alteryx ExpertiseMore than five years of experience as a data analyst, business intelligence analyst, market research analyst, or equivalent rolesExperience in data models and reporting packages (E.g. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
