Job Details

Job Title: Customer Marketing Manager

Location: Austin, TX (hybrid when not traveling)

Travel: 50% (domestic)

Compensation: $85,000-90,000/year


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer/user marketing role
  • 3 years of experience managing end-to-end events (conferences, trade shows, marketing events, etc.)
  • 3 years of experience writing customer case studies, marketing content, etc.
  • Experience in storytelling/sharing customer testimonies


Day to Day

  • Develop and manage customer engagement programs focused on onboarding, retention, and product adoption, to drive mutual success.
  • Use creative thinking to develop and run targeted campaigns that increase growth and adoption within our defined user personas.
  • Work with customers to bring their innovative and inspirational stories to the fore and support the rest of the marketing organization, including demand generation and public relations, by providing case studies, customer testimonials and participation.
  • Drive higher customer advocacy in the marketplace, including increasing rankings on product review sites.
  • Collaborate with our technical resources to design and deploy customer communications such as newsletters, announcements, and events.
  • Build a deep understanding of our business and our customers, report on program success, and identify new engagement strategies to increase adoption and retention.
  • Manage the company s reference program and coordinate necessary references with our field sales team.
