RecFi, LLC is a next generation specialty finance lender powered by FinTech, providing a wide array of industry-changing indirect loan programs to help provide dealers and their borrowers another avenue of financing. RecFi is located in Tysons Corner, VA and offers some flexibility for remote work (4 in 1 out initially).
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, account management, and delivering customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service. The Inside Sales Representative will work out of our Tysons Corner location with some option for remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales, lead generation, and/or account management
- Strong phone and email skills with the ability to deliver customer satisfaction
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the finance industry is a plus
- Experience in B2B sales required
- Experience with HubSpot required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to travel 10% of the year required
