The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a background in the IT services industry to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain and a proven track record in a hunting role, acquiring new logos within the BFSI sector.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the BFSI domain, focusing on acquiring new logos.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Drive the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.


You Are:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales within the IT services industry, with a focus on the BFSI domain.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new logos and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the BFSI sector, including industry trends, challenges, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
