Daily Responsibilities:

- Carry out full life-cycle recruiting including cold calling, prescreening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, and initiating first-round interviews.
- Effectively recruit the best-qualified candidates by performing full-lifecycle recruiting including sourcing and phone interviews for various government projects.
- Partner with the HR Director to ensure a full understanding of business requirements to successfully assess quality candidates for hiring needs.
- Research and provide ideas on new technologies and tools that may assist with identifying hard-to-find candidates and passive job seekers.
- Networking extensively in the marketplace to ensure access to the best and brightest talent.
- Organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and rapidly changing environment.
- Source candidates utilizing online resume databases, proprietary resume databases, and networking.
- Maintain Recruiting Management
Qualifications:
Required:
- Recruiting experience across multiple departments
- Interviewing, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge and use of Boolean search techniques
- Excellent communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Preferred:
- Business development, cold calling, or recruiting experience
- Experience working with recruiting tools like LinkedIn
