Angove Partners are working with a leading provider of Insurance solutions dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to their clients. They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Claims Handler to join their dynamic team in Texas.
About the role:
As a Claims Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing insurance claims efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating claims, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- You will be receiving and reviewing insurance claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
- You will be conducting thorough investigations into the validity of claims, including gathering evidence, interviewing relevant parties, and analysing policy coverage.
- You will be assessing and evaluate claim information, determining the extent of coverage and liability in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
- You will be communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders to provide updates on claim status, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
About you:
- You will need a bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or related field preferred.
- You will need previous experience in insurance claims handling or related field strongly preferred.
- You will have demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
