Job Details
The Software Development Manager is responsible for leading offshore software development teams. This is a hands-on coding/managerial opportunity where you would help team members with technical issues, review/approve code changes, provide feedback, troubleshoot production issues, ensure successful production deployments, and mentor junior developers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with offshore development teams to ensure the delivery of software requirements.
- Monitor the health, performance, and security of the software platform.
- Responsible for the troubleshooting/resolution of production incidents.
- Drive software design improvements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- API and system integration experience.
- Team lead experience, managing on or offshore development teams.
- Java and Python backend development experience.
