**JOB SUMMARY:**
The Inbound Vacation Sales Representative will take inbound calls that are transferred from various sources to promote the companys products; explain available vacation offers, qualifications, sales terms; and answer all client questions appropriately and effectively attempt to sell vacations. Ensure client vacation expectations and sales process expectations are met or exceeded.
Answer call transfer inbound calls in order to sell approved Bluegreen vacations
Operates with company approved scripts and within company guidelines
Maintains a minimum sales and conversion quota as set by department leadership
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:**
High school diploma or equivalent
** 1 year+ Sales and Telemarketing experience**
** 1 year+ Customer Service** **experience**
Call center, collection agencies, telecommunications preferred
Strong verbal communication
Excellent phone etiquette demonstrating professionalism
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
