Role Description
This is a Full-time On-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Maryland and/or DC. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for lead generation, helping clients buy and sell properties, guiding them through the process, advising them on market conditions, and negotiating prices. The Real Estate Agent will also work closely with other team members, such as lenders and lawyers, to ensure a seamless and successful transaction for their clients.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate Agent license in Maryland
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals
- Knowledge of current real estate trends and market conditions in Gaithersburg, MD
- A high degree of attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience in real estate or sales is preferred
- Willingness to learn
