Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Software Sales (SaaS)


Responsibilities:

  • Drive BerniePortal s growth through prospecting and lead qualification
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to engage potential clients
  • Secure meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Educate prospects on BerniePortal's HRIS and payroll solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute revenue growth strategies
  • Maintain detailed CRM records
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Target OTE: $80,000+
  • Non-exempt role

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, OR related work experience
