Our client is an organization in the Kenosha County area looking for an Accountant. Our client is looking for someone with accounting experience, a willingness to learn, and highly detailed. This company offers growth opportunities, flexibility, and great team!
The salary range for this position is $60k-90k.
The Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts.
- Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital.
- Assist with preparation of monthly internal financial packages and external reporting.
- Prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position.
- Reconciles cash disbursements accounts, payroll, customer accounts and other financial accounts.
- Establish, modify, document, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
- Participate in ongoing internal control compliance reviews.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
The Accountant will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor s degree in accounting or closely related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
