This leader will work with BU Partners and FSS FP&A Leadership to keep advancing our operating model and finance transformation and dive into details to ensure high-quality analysis is delivered to business partners to enable business decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience driving transformation and managing FP&A cycles (budget, forecast, long-range planning, and pacing). A successful candidate can effectively collaborate with partners and influence leaders, including executives. The position will be responsible for managing our governance processes and engage with our Genpact (aka MVT) partners and their related operating mechanisms. In addition to the transformation responsibilities, this role will act as a supplementary resource for the FP&A OPEX COE team, responsible for supporting the reporting and analytics for multiple business units OPEX to help secure uninterrupted service. This role will act as an operational support to ensure adequate coverage for projects and financial processes in case of unexpected absences or increased demand. Key Responsibilities Execute our Finance Transformation strategy: Drive process optimization and standardization within and across Business Units. Identify opportunities to standardize reporting and processes across businesses and develop a systematic way to capture opportunities and potential paths to execute. Lead working groups to meet deliverables, create forums and vehicles for teams to share information and best practices, and track the adoption of procedures and processes. Interface regularly with senior executives Complete ad-hoc and special projects as requested by senior leadership. As a supplementary resource for the FP&A COE team, responsibilities may include: Assist with monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and commentary. Assist with preparation and delivery of monthly financial presentations to business leaders, including executives. Assist with forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning as needed. Assist with other ad-hoc analytics, projects, and requests. Support the management of our relationship with MVT (scorecards, performance issues, etc.). Minimum Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher with coursework and/or certification in Accounting and/ or Corporate Finance 7+ years of financial or accounting experience Critical Skills/Business Experience Strong financial modeling and data analysis experience Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements Experience with generating management reports, SG&A forecasting, and budgeting Balance transitioning between strategic planning and tactical FP&A activities. Experience driving process optimization, finance transformation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written. Highly motivated self-starter, ability to initiate and manage projects with minimal supervision. Ability to provide strategic recommendations and influence stakeholders to make decisions.
