The **Inventory / Order Fulfillment Manager** will drive strategic operational excellence within our Inventory Department. As an **Inventory / Order Fulfillment Manager** you will be based out of our Commack, NY Headquarters as part of the operational team focused on the goal of optimizing, enhancing and delivering processes focused on processing incoming hardware from our vendors, ensuring Customer products are delivered on-time with the correct components and managing quality testing procedures for Customer RMA processes. The majority of your work will be collaborative in nature, working with Account Managers, other Technical Support Engineers, Field Service Managers, to service our clients and fulfill their hardware needs.
**What you'll do:**
* Receive, reconcile, and record daily shipments from suppliers
* Oversee inventory distribution for fulfillment
* Organize, segregate, and secure inventory
* Provide Monthly Reporting on Inventory Counts
* Ensure product stock is adequate for all channels and can meet customer needs
* Oversee daily shipments
* Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
* Records and checks quantity and quality of goods received for conformity to purchase orders and specifications
**Ideal Candidate:**
* A Bachelors degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Proven success as an Inventory Manager
* Ability to work in a hyper growth environment with shifting priorities
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to influence individual contributors and leaders across the company
