Job Details

Pride Health is hiring a Help Desk - Information Technology for one of its clients in Colorado.

This is a 6-month contract with a possible extension with competitive pay and benefits.


Location Aurora, CO 80045 (Hybrid)

Pay range - $23 - $25 per hour.

Length of assignment - 6 months + Possible extension

Shift - 7 AM 3 PM


Job Duties

  • Provides initial technical support to Team Members via phone with regards to computers, servers, applications, and hardware issues.
  • Assesses the nature of the problem and resolves using documented procedures and checklists and by simulating or recreating the incident.
  • Documents all calls in the tracking system, escalating complex problems to more experienced support, when necessary.
  • The candidate will not need a high degree of technical skills and background, but they do need to be familiar with the Windows operating system, and basic technical background.
  • The job consists of taking customer support phone calls from our internal employees.


Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Microsoft certifications, IT-related certs related to Microsoft 365/Azure, or other certs.
  • Previous helpdesk exp, Previous experience in a hospital healthcare environment, Exp troubleshooting Windows and Macintosh devices.
