This full-time opportunity for RNs and LPNs is a fantastic transition from school to field, with comprehensive training, one-on-one education, 24/7 support, and a chance to put your new skills to good use! This PAID, full-time, benefited, intensive 6-week training program-followed by a nine month residency period helps bridge the gap between the classroom and the real world, providing you with a smoother transition into a professional nursing role. We have openings in our Adult and Pediatric cases, depending on which age group you are interested in working with, and interviews are happening now for our 2022 Fall cohorts! 2022 Fall Cohort dates: September 12th, September 26th, and October 10th, October 24th BAYADA''s Nurse Residency Program is the ONLY paid, new graduate residency program in home care to earn accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center''s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC)! Our Nurse Residency program helps prepare recent LPN graduates for a career in home health care nursing. You will develop confidence in your clinical skills and judgment, enhance your critical thinking, refine your time management skills, and so much more"all in a safe, nurturing environment. You will be prepared to provide meaningful, one-on-one care for clients in their homes. You can expect: Ongoing, one-on-one support from an RN clinical manager, coach, instructor, and preceptor The opportunity to learn and practice complex skills On-the-job training, in-classroom learning, and simulation lab training using state-of-the-art manikins to mimic real-life medical situations Qualifications for Residency Program (LPN): Passed NCLEX or current Georgia/Compact LPN license in good standing CPR (BLS required) *Haven''t taken your NCLEX yet?
