**Job Title:** Warehouse Supervisor
**Job Summary:** Mesa Energy Systems has an immediate need for a Warehouse Supervisor in Sacramento, CA. Primary responsibilities are to oversee and assure all processes below are well maintained to support the Service, Retrofit, Automation and Facilities departments.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**
* Material ordering for annuals & general warehouse supplies
* Control and maintain the quality and inventory of all Tools
* Receiving
* Shipping
* Inventory
* Oil waste collection
* Refrigerant inventory & reclaiming
* Parts/equipment delivery
* Removal of Scrap and trash materials
* Maintain the extras uniforms
* Maintain fleet of delivery vehicles and spares
* Maintain Job Board and work schedules
* Tracking and supporting labor hours
* Support facilities
* Assist with returns/RMAs
* Maintain a clean & organized warehouse
* Manage & supervise a team of 1-2 company delivery drivers
**Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)**
* Basic working knowledge of Excel & Word.
* High school diploma or higher.
* Minimum of 3 years experience in managing a warehouse or similar tasks such as shipping, receiving or inventory.
* Good organizational and people skills. Must be efficient in multitasking and must be able to work well in a team environment.
