As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales within a specific geographical region. You will work to identify potential customers, build relationships with them, and effectively communicate the benefits of products or services offered by the company. Additionally, you will work to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
This role covers Northern California/Washington State
Territory Sales Representative Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory in order to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify potential customers within the territory and develop relationships with them in order to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions.
Effectively communicate product or service benefits to potential customers through presentations, proposals, and other sales methods.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and customer feedback in order to improve sales processes and strategies.
Collaborate with other members of the sales team to ensure a positive customer experience.
Continuously research and gather market intelligence in order to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with potential customers and promote the company's products or services.
Required Skills
Experience in Outside Sales environment, ideally within the Retail market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use multiple sales techniques i.e. Appt. Setting, Door-to-Door, Cold Calling, Presentations Etc.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently.
Comfortable with daily travel (some overnight as needed)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Expenses paid for by the company i.e. fuel, lodging, travel etc. Uncapped commission of 5% starting dollar one.
