I am currently am recruiting for a commercial construction project manager. This will be working with a growing company that is aggressively expanding nationwide and is responsible for new and remodel commercial construction of these facilities. They are seeking someone with a construction related degree and in the 2-7 years experience range that they can develop to handle multiple projects of various scopes and budgets in a regional area.
Company is a 5 billion dollar enterprise that has been in business over 50 years, stable and has room for career growth.
The ideal candidate for this position will provide project management for planning, and organizing all aspects of the task related to the relevant projects. As part of this role, the manager will have to oversee the works of his peers acting as the point of contact to handle any issues regarding the project.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from construction to completion
- Cross functional coordination for logistics with vendors
- Ensure quality and compliance with regulatory bodies
- Reporting and tracking status reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture
- Time management
- Decision making abilities
- Strong communication abilities
- Leadership experience
