Medical Device Assembler Charlotte, North Carolina, United States - 28273 Description **Work with a sense of well-being**- Medical Murray has been family-owned and operated for over 25 years. Our assembler staff works in a clean room, which is, a sanitary, environmentally controlled atmosphere with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and tools.
**Schedule:**
* 8-hour shift
* Weekend availability
* 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
* Optional overtime available

**Job Responsibilities:**
* Produce small assembled parts according to product specs
* Perform manufacturing processes to produce products include drilling, cutting, measuring, mounting, and assembling
* Keep track of materials, tools, and procedures as the device is manufactured
* Work with a variety of assembly equipment and hand tools including but not limited to tweezers, razor blades, scalpels, wire cutters, clippers, needle nose pliers, screwdrivers, Allen wrenches, and ring lights magnifying glass
* Must have the ability to utilize a variety of assembly equipment including lab oven, glue dispenser, trimming lathe, and computer-operated saw
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience
* Able to read, write, speak and understand English
* Strong attention to detail
* Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
* Microscope experience preferred
* Restricted use of makeup and fingernail polish
