Job Details

Our client is a world leader in the design and manufacture of seating support and comfort systems for transportation manufacturers, as well as tier one and two suppliers within the automotive industry. The product portfolio encompasses Comfort Systems, including Pneumatics Massage and Electro-Mechanical Lumbar support, Motors and Actuators.


To further drive revenue growth, cost recovery, and demand forecasting for our clients automotive products and services in the North America, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director.


Key Responsibilities


  • Foster and cultivate successful customer relationships with OEM and Tier-1 customers within North America.
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
  • Implement cost recovery initiatives and streamline operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for demand management.
  • Continuously assess and enhance demand planning processes based on KPI results.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the Automotive Industry in a customer-facing sales role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to understand and address the technical needs of customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve results.
  • International mindset.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master s in Business Administration (MBA).
