Job Responsibilities:
- Service and installation of new and existing commercial boiler equipment and systems
- Work with GCs, owners, property managers, building inspectors, and project managers to identify and coordinate project needs, fully supported by the back office team.
- Resolve simple and complex projects to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Completion of trade school boiler program, HVAC program, or equivalent related experience
- Minimum three (2) years field experience as Boiler / Burner Technician
- Experience in boiler service, installation, and applications
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Electrical and controls experience a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- SIGN ON BONUS
- Pay from $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year depending on experience.
