Role:
SLVRLAKE is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and PR coordinator to join us to support both our internal and external communications teams.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a can do attitude, excellent organization skills, with a strong interest in fashion, pop culture and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for content scheduling across social media platforms.
- Implement and uphold effective sample tracking systems.
- Support PR team in the collation and distribution of seasonal assets.
- Ensure communication is inline with brand voice, vision and values.
- Ensure accuracy across all communication including visual, written, links and data.
- Track and report on all gifting efforts.
- Effectively communicate gifting order availability, timelines.
- Day to day management of influencer gifting activities.
- Effectively manage gifting order placement, shipment, delivery and follow up.
- Drive brand awareness via s
- Support in the development and nurturing of influencer and VIP relations.
- Discrete and professional, retail customer service experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
- 1+ yrs Experience in a relevant role or internship.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Capacity to handle a variety of competing task in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Sophisticated understanding of social media platforms including; Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok and Pinterest.
- Discrete and professional, retail customer service experience is a plus.
