A growing company in the Material Handling industry is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team, lead expansion across the US and play an instrumental part in the development of the sales team and strategy.

The Position
- Report directly to the CEO, and collaborate closely with Exec team
- Manage sales cycle, implementing necessary changes, driving new business growth
- Contribute your ideas to shape and influence GTM strategy
- Lead new Customer acquisition across the US, be part of potential European expansion
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will posses:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant sales experience, providing warehousing solutions
- Prior experience managing a team*
- Proven track record in new business, working projects of $10m+
- Strong ability to build rapport with all levels of individuals
- Work cross-functionally when carrying out projects for clients
