Our client is a professional services company supporting the legal industry. They re looking to hire a Sales Operations Administrator based in Las Vegas. This person must currently live in Las Vegas, and have experience working as a Sales Operations Administrator in a similar, client facing, company. This is a fun, growing company that has a family/team-centered culture. Here is a quick run-down of the role itself, and then a bit more about the company at the bottom. This is a brand-new role!
**Must live in Vegas now - and must be on site 5x a week**
Sales Operations Administrator (On-site in Las Vegas):
Must have prior experience as a Sales Ops Admin
Must have excellent communication skills
Will act as the liaison between accounting, operations, and their clients to ensure that projects are on track, deliverables are received, and invoices have been paid
Excellent project management skills with the ability to track/coordinate a high volume of projects simultaneously is required
Must have strong systems skills, including excel, and other business reporting applications
Salary likely between $65K-$75K on the base + bonus potential, benefits, and PTO
