identify and tailor strategies for corporate clients through in-depth analysis

lead due diligence process for internal committees as part of deal execution

Your team
Youll be working in the IB, Global Banking division on the Consumer Products & Retail team in New York. Our team is responsible for growing a successful team that has a number of retained large and mid-cap client relationships; work on a wide range of public and private transactions. Youll play an important role in advising clients on a range of market and strategic matters.
Your expertise
good understanding and hands-on exposure to performing data analysis of financial or client data
ideally you have multiple years experience working within investment banking industry; performing data analysis of financial or client data; utilizing analysis techniques including cash flow analysis, comparable company or product analysis, and business-segment analysis; analyzing corporate financial statements and balance sheets; and participating in due diligence sessions
bachelors degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance or a related field
MBA or equivalent preferred but not required
solid financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate materials quickly
adaptable, able to seamlessly transition between multiple topic areas like M&A, Leveraged Finance, and ECM
prior experience in or strong interest in the Consumer Products & Retail sector
driven and creative with exemplary integrity
