Uncapped commissions, the more you sell/the more you make! This is a revenue sharing comp structure at $80k base salary, $600 monthly car allowance, gas/mileage paid, full health/dental benefits, 401k, all expenses paid and revenue sharing comp at 10% on all business you grow for a $200k plus comp. Most all of their current sales force makes over $200k plus.
