The Company:

Our client is a leading site network specializing in clinical trials in a variety of trials in therapeutic areas including vaccines, pediatrics, women's health, rheumatology, respiratory, neurology/psychiatry, and many more! Established in 2006, they now has over 15 research sites all across the US. They are currently seeking an Associate Director of Marketing Strategy to oversee patient recruitment marketing strategy!


The Role:

You will be responsible for oversight and strategy for patient marketing initiatives. This position gets the opportunity to work across the whole organization with cross functional teams!


  • Develop and lead your team on recruitment strategies to hit and exceed enrollment goals
  • Collaborate with Market Research, Data Analysis, and more to gather insights and incorporate data-driven decisions into your strategies
  • Work with site staff to design a positive and meaningful patient journey across all studies
  • Adjust marketing strategies based on news, updates to compliance, etc.
  • Provide regular briefs with key stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPIs and objectives
  • Act as a mentor and leader within the patient marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of marketing and building strategies for patient engagement strategies in pharma or clinical research
  • 2+ years as a manager/leader of a team
  • MBA Degree
