Title: Office Administrator

Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Schedule: Onsite 5 days per week

Salary: $70,000-80,000 DOE


A international law firm is seeking a full-time Office Administrator for its Ft. Lauderdale office. This person will enhance the firm office culture and efficiency by answering phones, greeting clients, restocking office supplies, assist with all new hire matters, and monitor work flow and assist with work overflow from Legal Administrative Assistants at the firm. You'll be a right-hand, jack-of-all-trades administrative assistant to the office and a crucial part of making sure the firm runs efficiently. The role requires someone who is highly organized, with great communication skills, and who can maintain confidential matters well. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years' experience as an office administrator/manager, overseeing daily functions as set out in the above description.
  • Previous office manager/administrator experience in another law firm a plus.
  • Excellent client service and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact well with and respond to the needs of all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in oral and written form.
  • Extremely organized with attention to detail, including the ability to own and prioritize all aspects of the position and meet deadlines in a fast-paced law firm.
  • Maintain confidential information.
