Role Description:
Implement and deploy SAP MDG solutions to achieve defined business goals. Lead and advise business process improvement on SAP MDG enablement initiatives. Drive SAP MDG solution design activities - Material Master, Finance Master Data Objects, Customer, Vendor, etc. Support Show & Tell sessions (data preparation, initial load, and defect resolution).
Identify source system process intervention which requires data and process change at source. Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, execute testing (UT, SIT), support testing (UAT), review test result and support defects resolution. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements. Manage the SAP MDG projects to ensure timely delivery. Understand the technology landscape and how it affects the clients area of the business; trends associated with the technology; functional area and industries and the value propositions for clients to rotate to the new.
The Data Migration and Archiving Consultant responsibilities include supporting and leading stakeholder discussion to gather data conversion and archiving requirements, documenting user stories, and creation of the product backlog to support SAP MDG software. This resource supports database analysis, developing a Data Conversion and Migration Plan from the legacy system into the new MDG instance including data formats for extract, transformation, and load, along with validation requirements. Develop and analyze data models and algorithms based on enterprise data. Require strong technical and analytical experience. This resource provides data governance support to ensure data usability, accessibility, and security to support business decisions. Responsible for supporting the creation of the data conversion plan.
- years of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) with at least 3 full cycle SAP MDG implementations.
- experience of SAP MDG in key domains such as Finance, Material, Business Partners, Customer, Supplier.
- in SAP MDG mass processing, consolidation, data quality management, and central governance.
