Zurich/RCIS are currently looking for a Seasonal Crop Adjuster, temporary role with flex hours to work out of SW Kansas area. This incumbent will work from their home office.

Today its one of the nations largest crop insurance providers, offering risk management protection in all 50 states through a national network of about 4,000 professionally trained and licensed agents.

* Working from home, being out on a farm in your community/assigned territory.
* Investigate, evaluate and conclude field inspections by following regulatory and company rules and procedures.
* Ensuring that claims are handled in the most effective, efficient way while delivering a customer-centric level of claims service.
Our ideal candidate will live in the following area:
The person must reside within 50 miles of Dodge City, Kansas. You will also be responsible for surrounding cities/counties.
Basic Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more months of experience in the agricultural area
* Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program Certification (CAPP) must be obtained within 180 days of hire date (company paid)
* Reliable personal transportation and travel within territory
* RCIS Seasonal Crop Adjuster Physical Requirements:
+ Walk in agricultural fields up to 3 miles
+ Climb agricultural storage bins up to 25 feet
+ Lift 25 to 50 lbs.
+ Work outdoors in varying temperatures/weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong organization and prioritization skills
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
