International Isotopes Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing remote/on-site technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our customers. You will work directly with customers to install, maintain, and repair our Iodine-131 Dispensing Robot. This individual will be working remotely the majority of the time and must live near a major airport in order to best serve our customers.
Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair our products at customer sites
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
- Collaborate with customers and colleagues to analyze problems, develop and implement action plans
- Provide training and technical support to customers on the operation of our products
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management regarding project updates and progress
- Document all service activities, including service reports, equipment logs, and customer interactions
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role or field service position is required
- Strong electro-mechanical knowledge is preferred
- Experience working around radioactive materials is a plus
- Proficiency in troubleshooting logic controllers and robotics is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience with remote troubleshooting is a plus.

Education and Education:
- Associate degree in Engineering or Technology field and three to five years of experience in a Field Service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant military technical training will also be considered in lieu of degree.
