Must Have Skills:
- Communication Skills to deliver Customer Service
- Conversational/Fluent Japanese
Preferred skills: If you are heavy on 1 of these skills, the others can be trained
- ticket management (or any experience with a ticket system)
- mobile device troubleshooting
- light application troubleshooting
- Service
- IT student or recent graduate with minimal work experience will suffice if strong Japanese communication skills
