**What You'll do**

**What You Need to Succeed**
* be at least 18 years old
* be able to:
* work a rotating schedule which includes some weekends and holidays
* work fluctuating shifts, when needed
* select,
* 67 pounds for High Velocity and Low Velocity
* 67 pounds for Frozen Foods and Produce
* 85 pounds for Boxed Meat/Dairy
* stand, bend, and stoop and do repetitive work for long periods of time
* operate a pallet truck or forklift without any part of the body exposed outside of the operator compartment
* perform job duties efficiently, accurately, and safely
* read, write, and identify and verify numbers
* interpret, understand, and follow instructions and
* Pass a Physical Agility Test, as applicable

* *In-training pay is $17.48 per hour and the length of training varies from 14 to 120 days, depending on individual productivity, safety, and quality of work. After training, compensation varies by output and the standard base pay rate is $21.85 per hour. Top performers can exceed $30 per hour.
* Night differential: A $.75 per hour night differential is available.
* Freezer differential: A $.50 per hour freezer differential is available.
* Weekend premium pay: $2 per hour weekend premium pay is available.
