Our client, a leading publicly traded medical manufacturer specializing in cosmetic technology, seeks a highly motivated Territory Manager to join its team. Our client is at the forefront of the industry, with a vision to continuously redefine possibilities in cosmetic and medical procedures through innovative solutions. The Territory Manager covers Colorado, Utah, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming. The territory manager will have an associate rep based in Utah.


Territory Overview:


As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing and achieving sales goals for new and existing customers within your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be to drive success and growth by engaging in cold-calling activities, conducting on-site visits, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders. By exceeding sales targets, you will contribute to the organization's overall success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive action plan to identify customer business opportunities and address potential threats.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to align sales strategies and to ensure overall sales objectives are met.
  • Proactively prospect and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations to educate customers and drive sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to position our client's products effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of three years of sales experience in medical capital equipment or B2B sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information to customers.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
