As a Call Center Agent, your mission is to:
- Connect individuals with lifesaving treatments
- Engage in delicate conversations with active listening
- Use critical thinking to answer questions and concerns of patients
- Be the go-to person, bridging the gap between patients and their providers
- Handle various tasks, including: Recording important information into EMR systems, scheduling appointments, assisting with medication refills, etc.
- Be a guiding light for patients in need

Qualifications- High School Diploma/ GED.
- Proven experience in a high-volume customer service industry- Think Retail, Travel and Hospitality, Restaurant, Food and Beverage, Contact centers, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
- Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
