The Guest Relations Specialist is the face of the business and responsible for providing a top tier experience to employees and clients.
First point of contact for employees and guests such as arrangement of transportation & travel arrangements, office wayfinding, lobby appearance management, visitor volume tracking & reporting, reception services, and guest administrative support as needed
Assists on-site employees and visitors with questions, conference room and travel requests/expenses coordination.
Ensures catering/food requests for meetings and conferences is ordered and placed
Provide day-to-day onsite support for designated office
Candidate Profile:
3-5+ years' experience as high-end receptionist, concierge or similar role
Hospitality, Restaurant, or Hotel experience a plus
Associate degree or higher preferred
Strong calendar and time management skills
Proficient in MS Office
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional Customer Service skills
