Continental Office is seeking a Manager, Installation Services to join our Commercial Flooring team in Columbus, OH!


What you will love to do: Work closely with Project Managers, Sales Executives and Flooring Installers/sub-contractors to ensure the quality and scope of projects meets or exceeds client expectations.


We are looking for someone who has experience managing a team with existing knowledge of flooring installation, and the proven ability to provide feedback, perform quality control and ensure best practices are being followed on flooring install projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with Project Managers on scope and schedule of projects
  • Assist Sales team with labor pricing
  • Perform pre-install site visits to verify conditions
  • Manage all installs with both Continental Office associates and subcontractors
  • Control labor costs and review/approve labor invoices
  • Make sound decisions under pressure
  • Quality control


Qualifications:


  • Prior management experience is required, experience within the flooring industry preferred
  • 3+ years flooring installation knowledge is required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
  • Capable of understanding construction blueprints and documents
  • Understanding and enforcing all safety policies and regulations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Company vehicle provided
