DescriptionGlobal Operations Learning and Development is looking for a Technical Instructional Designer (Tech ID) to join the Associate Training Automation (ATA) team to help develop and build innovative and scalable learning products for associate process path training. In this role you will leverage think big, invent and simplify, strive to be earth s best employer to deliver results for our tier 1 associates and operations business.ATA needs tech-ID s who are proficient in Storyline, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS and are comfortable partnering with Software Development Engineers (SDEs) and other technical roles to deliver integrated learning solutions. The ID will partner with with multiple stakeholders from various countries and be an active participant in the analysis, build, pilot, launch, maintenance, and versioning process of the product build.The ability to travel once per quarter as needed is required.Key job responsibilitiesWork with other IDs on a team to develop and design learning content using Articulate Storyline 360Build instructor led and self-paced trainingsUtilize needs analysis to identify learning objectives and create engagingInterpret data trends to adjust contentWrite clear and concise standard work for ID processesEngage with stakeholders to gather understanding of learning objectives and present solutionsManage project tasks and milestones within standard project management platformProvide well written monthly updates on content progressAbout the teamAssociate Training Automation (ATA) is part of Global Operations Learning and Development. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
