**About the role:**

The Event Specialist is responsible for overseeing logistics and other related tasks throughout the event planning process for both in-person and virtual corporate events. The Specialists primary focus is to support marketing and sales efforts through the meticulous execution of events designed to foster relationships between Listrak and prospects, clients, and/or partners.

* Coordinate details of events such as workshops, trade shows, meetings, webinars, dinners and all other events, serving as a liaison with vendors. Ensure events run smoothly.

* Closely adhere to deadlines and come in at or under budget.

* Drive attendance to events through carefully coordinated marketing campaigns and assist with follow up campaigns as needed.

* Order swag and collateral as needed.

* Ensure staff is adequately prepared for event.

* Set up/tear down trade show booths and other event dcor, ensuring brand standards are met and materials are handled and shipped appropriately. Travel and participate in events as needed.

* Prepare name tags, materials, packages, gift bags and boxes, registration lists, and all other event-related information.

Analyze campaign performance and report on metrics, including ways to improve results. Research new opportunities and events, including competitive information

**You have:**

* Bachelors degree preferred; significant work experience can substitute for the degree.

* At least one year of experience coordinating special events.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments from a variety of staff.

* Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.

* Ability to manage and accomplish multiple events in tight deadlines.

* Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality.

* Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

* Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading skills, and speaking.

* Highly motivated, extraordinarily organized and extremely detailed oriented. Also flexible and adaptable.

* Valid state-issued drivers license required

* Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time

* Ability to reach local Listrak locations at all times and limited travel within U.S. for conferences and training
