Identify and drive the elimination of waste within our business practices and value streams. DutiesUnder guidance of Tech Mentor and Service Manager, performs basic service tasks as assigned.Develops skills in removal, disassembly, and reconditioning of components.Assists service technicians as needed, including delivery of parts.Participates in training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge.Maintains the condition of tools and equipment.Ensure a safe work area and performs work in a accordance with identified standards.Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with job assignments.Accounts for all time and material used in performing assigned duties.May perform pre-delivery set-up and inspection on new equipment. Skills and AptitudesActively engaged in the completion of a high school or advanced academic program aligned with the defined expectations of the position.Developing knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in the repair of outdoor power equipment/agricultural equipment.Effective and timely communications skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Basic computer skills.Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. repeatedly.
