A leading fashion, apparel, and retailer is looking for a Fulfillment Manager to lead, support, and optimize operating processes in executing their retail growth strategy. This role will focus on the continuous improvement of 3PL operational practices, SOPs, and systems, as well as streamlining daily fulfillment and replenishment operations to support the organization's hyper-growth plans.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Retail Leadership to support store launch plans domestically and internationally.
- Standardize fulfillment, replenishment, and logistical operations between 3PL and stores by developing and communicating SOPs.
- Implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Optimize shipping costs and lead times, including reverse logistics.
- Develop metrics to measure 3PL performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, business, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' operations experience.
- Experience collaborating with 3PL providers.
- Experience with store launches and replenishment
- Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
